3. Service Agreements & Warranty

• Repairs and installations are carried out with due diligence and quality assurance.

• Warranty terms vary based on the product and service type (specified at the time of service or purchase).

• We are not liable for damages caused due to misuse, mishandling, or third-party interventions.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payments must be made in full before or upon service completion.

• Delayed payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders for hardware purchases can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

• Service cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

• No refunds for completed services unless there is a proven defect in service delivery.

• Customers are advised to back up important data before availing of our services.
